Job Responsibilities
- Work with respective stakeholders to understand the manpower requirement for the entire organization
- Streamlined / Created Job Descriptions and Role Clarifications for executive and above positions
- Understand the company direction and develop recruitment branding strategy that will improve visibility in the market
- Provide guidance on current and potential adverting channels and partnerships to find the best candidates that will elevate the quality of both work and culture
- Reviewing risk and quality plans to ensure necessary mitigation and continuous improvement in recruitments are identified and implemented for employee retention
- Digitalization of Recruitment and Onboarding by Enhance candidate experience through digitization
- Responsible for developing Talent Management and Succession Planning of the entire organization
- Identifying and evaluating critical positions with the leadership team to determine whether the profile contains the talent requirements for generating the objectives of the current business scenario.
- Responsible in Employee Survey to understand the people pulse and develop retention strategies and working culture
- Responsible in handling grievance and disciplinary matters
Person Specifications
- Should possesses a Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management from a recognized university
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in HR field
- Good command in English Language and should have an excellent interpersonal skill
- Conversant in MS Office package
- Strong Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Multitasking and Attention to Detail
