Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Associate Centre of Excellence. The position exists to support delivery of analytical projects partnering with business IT and analytics teams, build working relationships with project stakeholders, execute project schedules, coordinate project status meetings, contribute to the development of presentations, analysis and findings to business teams and leadership to drive action, provide inputs to build presentations for business teams.
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Successful task execution as directed for analytics projects and reporting.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s qualifications or Diploma in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Computer science, Data analytics)
- Strong team playing skills in cross functional setting.
- Basic project management skills to contribute across multiple ‘agile’ projects.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of common business value chains, data architectures for common business systems, strategic project/programmed management.
- Sound knowledge in data analytics and basic project management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to rapidly gain understanding in functional areas (operations, finance etc.) of a business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong desire to work in cross functional teams.

Required qualifications and skills:
- Member of a Professional Accounting Body (CASL ACCA or CIMA) and should possess a degree from a recognized University.
- Over 3 years of post-qualifying experience
- Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant financial experience preferably in a FMCG Company
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SAP ERP system
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound communication in English language and good presentations skills
- Broad understanding of the financial behavior of a manufacturing company
