Assistant Manager – Applications
Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Assistant Manager – Application. The recruited person will be responsible for managing the IT applications and related services under the senior management of the department
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- New Requirements Analysis, Scope Preparation, Change Request Documentation and Realization
- Application Related Change Management and Project Management
- Quality Assurance, Testing, UAT documentation and deployment
- Team Management, Resource Allocation, Capacity Planning, and delivery scheduling
- Coordination with vendors on day-to-day application related support services
- Incident Management and Escalation
- Application Related Compliance and Security Management
- Application Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Cost and other utility Management
- User Training and Support
- IT Documentation and Reporting
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Degree in Management Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized University with minimum 2-5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Business understanding in Core IT practices & processes in manufacturing sector.
- Sound knowledge in Project Management , Software development life cycle, Mobile application management, Software Development, Database management.
- Teamwork, communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation, business acumen, analytical; innovative and adaptability.
- Having exposure to FMCG businesses and processes will be an added advantage.
- Having exposure in Azure Cloud Administration will be an added advantage.
- Having experience in managing ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and should be a quick learner.
