Key purpose of the Job
As Senior Manager – Merchandising, is responsible for strategizing and leading achievement of the sales & marketing objectives for the assigned Customers. Includes achievement of the budgeted Customer topline and profitability, design & development, order management, LRP, developing and managing effective customer relationships and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan the development of the garment sample, based on tech pack specifications, cost expectations, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the internal teams and suppliers for sample development and costing as per customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the internal teams and customers for relevant approvals, including documentation and hand-over requirements to the Bulk team.
- Effective and timely communication with Customer for winning business.
- Managing subordinates and drive to archive organizational KPIs and Goals.
Education
Hold an academic/professional qualification in Marketing, Clothing Technology, or any other relevant stream
