Key purpose of the Job
Assist in providing legal & company secretarial services to all group companies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Your primary job role will be to review and draft commercial agreements, lease agreements and banking documents entered into between Brandix and third parties, and companies within the Brandix Group
2. You will also be required to co-ordinate the legal documentation of overseas and joint venture companies and liaise on litigation and HR related matters (based on requirement)
3. You will also be required to liaise on property and litigation matters
Education
You should be an Attorney –at -Law preferably with a degree in Law
Experience
- Minimum 3 years post qualifying work experience in a commercial environment /law firm
- A sound knowledge of commercial/company law is essential
- A Notarial License will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently, good analytical skills and language and communication skills are prerequisites
- The ability to multitask effectively will be among your key strengths
