Key purpose of the Job
As the Senior Executive – Embellishment Planning, you will be reporting to the Assistant Manager – Planning of the SBU. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of Embellishment plants. You will directly work with all embellishment plants externally/internally to ensure Performance to Plan (P2P) and OTD, securing quality and end customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out and govern the projection management process of Embellishment demand
- Prepare sign off documentation and organize internal discussions
- Conduct embellishment plants sign off meeting
- Attend Quarterly Review process meetings
- Organize embellishment plants performance review
- Conduct critical path review and action both bulk and trial cuts
- Conduct weekly planning status meeting process (internal / external)
- Daily follow up for P2P and attend to day-to-day issues
- Work out ‘What if’s’ based on sewing planner requirements
- Initiate graphics cross development between embellishment facilities on demand
- Govern and follow up on re-cut process
- Follow up on sign off activities
Education
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Engineering or Clothing technology or any other relevant stream
Experience
1 to 3+ years of experience in Embellishment Planning
Excellent planning and execution skills and ownership/commitment to delivery
Technical knowledge on embellishment techniques will be an added advantage
