Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Designer is responsible for the design and development of Active Collection (for example, Sports bras/ leggings/ shell tops/ shorts etc.) for the Activewear category. Managing overall strategy and collection creation, Timelines and OTDs Furthermore, the job holder is responsible to execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating & presenting new concepts for seasonal product launches to customers through effective product & market analysis
- Coordinating with the internal teams to develop production feasible designs within the target cost and development timelines
- Collaborating with customers and SMEs, including customer visit management, knowledge sharing, etc
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Fashion Designing/ Clothing Technology or relevant
Experience
3 to 4+ experience in Apparel design & Development
Be technically competent to work together with the rest of the teams in identifying and finding solutions to the problems faced in the day-to-day operation.
Possess effective communication skills and an eye for detail.
Possess a very positive outlook and be methodical and good at prioritizing your work under demanding circumstances
