Key purpose of the Job
Graduate Trainee – Product Technology role involves coordinating technical support for Raw Material (RM) and product development, emphasizing a customer-centric approach and market research. Responsibilities include risk evaluation, cost management, and collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams for innovation. The role also includes overseeing sample development and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety guidelines. This position offers recent graduates hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative product development environment, requiring strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand customer requirements and conduct research to meet customer and consumer needs.
2. Identify the possible risk assessment & discussed with supervisors to take necessary mitigation plans & concerns on the consumption & cost validation processes in the overall product.
3. Also able to analyze & develop the targeted or focused Raw material with reliable supplier sources right first time to meet stakeholder requirements.
4. Same way any Technology translation or value-added subprocess follows reliable sources & strives to meet the stakeholder requirements dully on time
5. Negotiate the best timeline for RM /Product development or their technology transformation sources & dully follow up ,if any consequences happened escalate to the supervisors to get advice to resolve.
5. Maintained the development tracking document & KPI monitoring tool with assurance of up-to-date records.
6. Expect the individual to stick with the company health & Safety protocols & well engage within the department, Co department & external parties by maintaining Brandix RITE values.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma(3+ year) in Textile/Clothing/Fabric technology or any other relevant stream in raw material with over 3+ academic strength
