Key purpose of the Job

As an Intern – TED, you will be reporting to the Senior Executive – Talent Engagement & Development of the SBU. You will be responsible for developing the training calendar and effective execution of training programmes. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the TED HR lead in conducting training needs analysis and effective evaluation of training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders for conducting training programs for executive cadre
  2. Arrange logistical facilities for training programmes and organize various requirements  
  3. Provide inputs to design, develop and execute other learning initiatives
  4. Collaborate and follow up with internal coaches and mentors for ensuring the progress in coaching and mentoring programmes
  5. Implement the training process consistently across functions with adherence to the policies, procedures and training plan

Education

Undergraduate in the field of Human Resources Management or Business Management from a recognized university / institute
