Key purpose of the Job

As an HR Intern, you will report to the Learning & Development Manager and assist in facilitating EDI initiatives and training & development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in all EDI-related initiatives
2. Support the maintenance of updated policies on an Abuse & Harassment-Free Workplace and Safe to Speak Up
3. Assist and participate in group training & development programs
4. Generate information as required by management
5. Perform analytics when requested by management

Education

Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management from a recognized university/institute

Experience

  • Dynamic and self-motivated individual who embraces challenges
