Key purpose of the Job

The Intern – Administration is responsible for assisting to general administration activities within the plant. Role includes to overall assistance of administration activities of the plant for effective delivering the administration service to the plant employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist organize the transportation service
  2. Execution of the facility management SOPs, checklists and requirements in coordination with facility vendors
  3. Assistance to effective process of meal arrangements with coordinating with relevant parties
  4. Work with internal and external stakeholders for achievement of functional deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction objectives
     

Education

Graduate or undergraduate in Business Administration or relevant field

Experience

Relevant experience in the Transportation function at SBU/plants will be preferred

A dynamic, self-motivated individual, willing to take on challenges

Excellent communication skills in English

Good networking and interpersonal skills

Possesses a positive outlook
