Key purpose of the Job

The Executive – Strategy & Transformation is responsible for supporting in formulation and implementation of the Long Range Plan for the SBE/Customer (for forthcoming 3 to 5 years), with the guidance of the SBE Senior Management team. Expected to own and create insightful data driven reports and presentations for SBE Senior Management on requirement basis. Also responsible for monitoring and reporting of sales, growth and profitability plans and review of risk mitigation plans across the SBE functions. as determined by the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for implementation and coordination of the Long Range Plans (LRP) of the group at the SBE / Customer level
  2. Responsible for tracking and reviewing the progress of LRP plan and projects for the SBE / Customer including Monthly Performance Reviews, Quarterly Workstream Reviews, etc..
  3. Responsible for preparation of risk mitigation plans, reporting of LRP metrics and participation in LRP forums 
  4. Implement assigned special projects, ad-hoc functional requirements of the SBE / Customer and provide support for cross SBE / Customer LRP projects, as required.
  5. Responsible for defining and driving Customer Focused Initiatives (CFIs) with SBE leadership and leverage on tools to create impactful presentations and data driven reports.
  6. Assist in driving Group-led strategic initiatives that may span across areas of cost optimization, process standardization, data governance, system implementation, automation and digitization
  7. Assist in capturing and maintaining Group-wide data (both qualitative and quantitative) in structured forms (e.g.: data lakes) 
  8. Assist in analyzing and presenting available Group data to generate meaningful business insights using analytical/statistic driven techniques
  9. Assist in creating dashboards/platforms to enable access to on-demand data and strengthen performance of existing platforms to improve user experience

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Management and Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)

Experience

2 years of work experience

Experience in SQL/Canva/AI tools
