Key purpose of the Job
Executive Engineering is responsible for the entire group sewing machine maintenance pillar, including implementations and improvement, monitoring and coordination. This individual focuses their efforts on implementing configuration and SMV enhancement strategies. They are also in charge of supervising a team of group maintenance staff/workers. Additionally, the job holder is responsible for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Organization’s Health and Safety rules, instructions, and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning and executing the annual external/internal training program for the group, including servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting
2. Responsible for implementing machine settings, automation, SMV improvement methods, and cost reduction initiatives
3. Responsible for functional MIS, reporting, and compliance requirements as per guidelines
4. Supervising the team of maintenance staff and associates
Education
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
Experience
0 to 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the machine maintenance function
