Key purpose of the Job
The role holder will support the concerned Finance Business Partner Lead in achieving the functional business partnering objectives. This includes monitoring, preparing, and validating functional MIS, reports, and analytics to enable KPI achievement and driving special projects that add value to the function and the overall business. They will also support the Manager in functional business partnering initiatives (budgeting, forecasting, review facilitation, improvement initiatives, governance).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for preparation, monitoring and validation of functional MIS, reporting and analytics, as per guidelines
2. Responsible for driving special projects that add value to the organization
3. Supporting the Manager for functional business partnering initiatives, as required
4. Working with the internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and Accenture Finance team for achievement of the functional deliverables
Education
Passed finalist of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Financial/Business Management
Experience
2 to 3+ years of relevant experience with a good knowledge of financial planning and accounting concepts
Fluency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
