Key purpose of the Job
The Executive – Business Analysis is responsible for implementing Operations dashboards and performance analytics for the group within a pillar (e.g., Technical & Quality, Planning, etc.). The role holder will also support Operations LRP and KPI enablement projects.
Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health and Safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation of functional dashboards and performance analytics for the group.
2. Providing support for the implementation of Group/SBU Operations LRP and KPI enablement projects.
3. Liaising with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to achieve functional objectives, including MIS and reporting as per guidelines.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Business Administration/any other relevant stream
Experience
1 to 2+ years of relevant experience with good analytical skills and a process orientation
Prior experience in the Operations function at a Plant would be preferred
Must possess good communication skills, analytical skills, and knowledge of technology and tools relevant to the function
