Key purpose of the Job
The Garment Technology Category Lead leads the team of Garment Technologists and is responsible for ensuring achievement of the Technical / Fit & Construction KPIs for the assigned customer category.
The role holder collaborates with the customer / buying house technical teams and internal stakeholders on the technical aspects including style clarifications, development risk assessment, construction validation, pattern making, consumption costing, sample development / approvals and effective production handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Diploma in Clothing Technology
Experience
Around 6-8 years’ experience in Product Development with strong exposure to Technical / Fit & Construction concepts and best practices
