Key purpose of the Job

The SBU Supply Chain Excellence Lead is responsible for driving implementation of the Supply Chain Excellence initiatives in the SBU, including KPI enablement, process excellence, SWORD initiatives, system implementation, outsourced process stability, SPM facilitation, SC risk mitigation, governance, LRP projects, etc.
Also leads assigned functional initiatives for the SBU (for example, MRP process,  Sample RM sourcing)
Leads the team of SBU SC Excellence executives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deploy SBU SC Excellence (SCE) objectives and action plans, based on Group SCE objectives, SBU functional KPIs, etc.
2. Drive implementation of KPI enablement, process excellence and supply (for example, SPM facilitation, SC risk mitigation) projects in the SBU
3. Lead system implementation, SWORD initiatives, governance, LRP projects and assigned functional initiatives in the SBU
4. Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders for achievement of the functional objectives
5. Lead and manage the SBU SC Excellence team

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Textile technology or Supplies and Materials Management or Business Administration

Experience

5 to 6+ years of relevant experience in the Supply chain function, with strong knowledge of the relevant category, including technical expertise, supplier networks, etc.
