Ideal candidate should,
- be below 23 years of age
- have passed the GCE O/L with credit passes for English and Mathematics and 3 passes for the main subjects at GCE A/L (excluding General English)
- have good interpersonal skills
- have a flair for excellent customer service
You will be mainly responsible for educating customers on the benefits of digital channel services provided by the Bank and encouraging them to use the digital channel services
