Job Description

  • Good experience in Application troubleshooting and incident management activities
  • Hands-on experience on Linux/Unix environments
  • Experience in scripting (shell scripting, pearl, python, etc.)
  • Experience with Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Understanding of distributed networks and application high availability and load balancing
  • Microservices using containerization tools (Kubernetes/Docker)
  • Understanding on CI/CD toolkit
  • Understanding on network administration
  • Excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a technical support role


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of Technical support role with hand-on experience in troubleshooting and incident management activities
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer management and customer facing experience
  • AWS certification and knowledge in Telco will be an added advantage
  • Having application development Knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
