BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND DATA REQUIREMENTS

• Should have a clear understanding of Business ROI and I/P & O/P data requirement flows of each project/program.
• Stakeholder management capability at different levels
• Represent the wholistic view of the delivery using Reports & Dashboards

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalating when needed
• Management and tracking of all pre-defined delivery metrics, process compliance, productivity and enforce/facilitate corrective actions when deviations are observed and encountered.
• Ensuring/Reviewing all Effort Reports & Financial Artifacts are timely available for processing month-end billing
• Ensuring client relationships and project success through strong delivery focus while maintaining a strong relationship with multiple divisions
• Ensuring all organizational KPIs are met within Delivery Teams while maintaining CMMI 2.0 & ISO 27001/27701 standards
• Ensuring Projects/Programs are in good health through periodic delivery reviews
• Project/Program governance towards achieving the organizational Delivery rigor
• Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery metric performance, delivery targets, commitments, and progress
• Encourages a culture of data-driven decision-making and collective decision-making among project teams
• Ability to provide updates to the senior leadership team as and when required

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

• Good general understanding of how large-scale software solutions and software-based products are designed, built, tested, deployed, and commissioned
• Strong understanding of agile delivery of software-based projects and commonly used delivery metrics
• Minimum 10 years of experience working in the engineering organization or a product organization using standard Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong facilitation, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification and other Project Management Certifications will be plus points.
