We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Analyst to join our team. As an HR Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll data, conducting audits for compliance, and generating HR reports and dashboards for senior management.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data and conduct audits for compliance.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards, providing insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with project teams to calculate and allocate employee costs for project tenders.
- Implement annual increment and bonus programs, utilizing data analysis for insights.
- Work with finance and HR teams to create, monitor, and optimize HR budgets.
- Resource Utilization: Maximize HR resource efficiency through data-driven analysis.
- Oversee compilation and analysis of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for employee performance improvement.
- Ensure payroll compliance with regulations and precision in cost data.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to support informed decision-making.
- Provide data-driven insights to aid decision-making by HR and senior management.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge
- Demonstrated expertise in HR roles encompassing payroll administration, reporting, and budget management.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel, showcasing strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
