Main responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales operations processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and manage sales targets, quotas, and compensation plans.
  • Lead sales forecasting efforts, utilizing data analytics and market insights to provide accurate predictions.
  • Oversee territory and account planning, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage CRM systems and tools, ensuring accurate data entry and utilization to support sales activities.
  • Provide actionable insights through sales analytics, performance reporting, and dashboards.
  • Lead and mentor the sales Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles, with a track record of driving sales performance.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, territory management, and market trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
