Main Responsibilities

  • Support TA team to build the talent pipeline by attending and engaging in job fairs, on-campus recruiting, advertising, search firm coordination, internal postings.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and salary negotiations.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances.
  • Coordinate engagement surveys and onboarding.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage relocations.
  • Support performance strategy and feedback sessions.
  • Work with L&D team to conduct annual training needs assessment for the BU consulting and discussing with line managers and employees on training programs and training needs
  • Monthly pulse checks with employees and taking proactive measures to mitigate any risks
  • Manage employee engagement programs (recognition, rewards, suggestions, etc.) and guidelines.
  • Maintain job descriptions, ranking, and salary data.
  • Provide insights on BU level metrics and work towards meeting metric targets
  • Provide input to BU heads/Functional heads on action points.
  • Provide weekly operational/ strategic update of the BU to the CEO
  • Identify critical roles in the respective Business Unit and initiate discussion on succession planning for each role

Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Good communications and negotiation skills
