Major Responsibilities:

• Practice best QE guideline define by the QE department
• Analyze requirement and technical spec and raise clarification
• Prepare test plan & test strategy
• Functional & Non-functional test case writing , execution & Defect management
• Create and execute NFR strategy
• Lead team for N-N testing, SIT and UAT
• If automation
  • scripting and trouble shoot
  • Support to enhance the automation framework
  • Support to implement new tools & technologies
• Responsible for overall quality of the product delivery
• Lead review
• Follow Agile process
• On-time delivery
• Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation.

Skills & Experience:

• Good understanding on basic QA practice
• Knowledge in testing concept and model
• Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
• Knowledge and hands on experience in API Testing
• Hands on experience in test automation tool (Selenium)
• Understanding of CI/CD practice
• Experience in non-functional testing
• Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (B.Sc.) or B.Sc. equivalent qualification with 5- 7-year(s) experience
