In the dynamic landscape of Sri Lanka’s construction industry, Alumex has emerged as a fast-growing corporate entity. We are now poised for further expansion, both locally and beyond. We are currently inviting applications from qualified candidates to join our team and fill the following vacancy

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an effective marketing strategy, along with short-term and long-term plans, to drive growth in project sales, achieve profitability, and meet collection targets through effective management of key project customers.
• Implement the established business plan to expand our Projects customer base by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Consultants, Architects, Builders, Contractors, Fabricators, Engineers, Government Authorities, Interior Designers, and others, ensuring a robust company presence in the designated area.
• Penetrate the market and raise customer awareness about our services and product offerings, which include Doors, Windows, Curtain Walls, Aluminium Building Systems, Shop Fronts, Partitions, Louvres, Handrails, Sliding Systems, and Skirting. Understand clients’ needs and provide innovative solutions through product recommendations while promptly addressing customer inquiries.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to enhance our corporate brand, strengthen customer relationships, conduct market research, and closely monitor the outcomes of these promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing or partial qualifications from SLIM or CIM (UK).
• Successful completion of GCE Advance Level, preferably in the Mathematics or Science stream.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive role with exposure to corporate sales, preferably in the Solar, Building Materials, Engineering Products & Hardware, or Aluminium industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An engineering background is considered an added advantage
