Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with QA engineers, project managers and project lead to distribute the QA team to appropriate projects and tasks. Oversee, track, and assess their daily work and progress, offering assistance to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Adopt industry best practices, establish standardized QA processes, and implement SOPs to enhance the overall quality assurance process for software.
- Collaborate with project leads, solution architects, and relevant stakeholders to collect requirements, plan projects and estimate costs and efforts for all software development projects.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to plan UAT sessions, furnish pertinent information for their successful execution and oversee documentation management.
- Supervise all technical aspects associated with software quality assurance, including tasks such as writing test cases, developing, and managing user stories, analyzing reported bugs, addressing risk management, suggesting enhancements to the overall process and overseeing DevOps and other relevant QA software services.
Person Specifications
- A BSc in Computing/Information Systems or any relevant field.
- Professional qualification in software quality assurance.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience with MS Azure DevOps, JIRA and other software quality assurance-related management software.
