Executive – Business Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up on debtors and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, reporting to the Commercial Manager.
  • Collaborate with sales executives/managers to prepare sales quotations and send them to customers as instructed.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing branding, promotion, and communication plans, and execute them effectively by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain sales agreements and quotations for filing purposes.
  • Support the Commercial Manager by maintaining the client database, coordinating with clients, providing necessary information, arranging compliments, and obtaining customer feedback.
  • Monitor and report on the timely delivery of invoices to customers by the invoicing team.
  • Maintain the Credit Approval File and related documents.
  • Prepare credit note approvals as instructed by the managers and liaise with the Finance department.
  • Ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001:2008 QMS and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards at the department level, maintaining zero non-conformities during audits and maintaining quality records.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in Transportation & Logistics industry
  • Knowledge on finance will be an added advantage 
  • Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Logistics 
  • Fully or part qualification in CIM/SLIM or equivalent
