JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Closely follow up with customers on debt recoveries. 
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Prepare the recovery-related reports required for management decision-making purposes.
• Handling of Documents.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum of 03 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
• Minimum 01 to 02 years of related experience.
• Any related degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in a courier company or last-mile delivery will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages.
