JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Assist the Head of Reward to craft the Rewards Strategy and execute
• Providing information to Salary benchmarking for the Advantis group and clusters
• Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies, and procedures
• Assist in evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures to suit today’s needs
• Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation/compliance standards
• Assist in standardizing/rationalizing the benefits in line with the market
• Craft overseas/mobility policies and related standardisation, documentation and execution
• Assist in executing the Well-being & engagement plans for the group
• Liaise with service providers for wellbeing/engagement related programmes
• Monitoring and reporting on wellbeing programmes progress
• Communicating rewards/wellbeing plans
• Liaise with the HRBPs to implement rewards/well-being programmes in SBUs.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
• Bachelor’s Degree approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification in Business Management
• Part qualification in CIMA will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience, out of which 1 year in a similar role
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
