Job Description

  • Implementing actions to achieve GTV targets and planning strategies for retail channel products, while working with all stakeholders
  • Planning relevant campaigns for existing and potential clients by liaising with business partners & internal business, working with DAP and DS marketing teams
  • Managing the retail channel operational profit and costs related to retailer channel while setting up processes at retailer points for all B2B solutions
  • Providing directions to overcome retailer issues and contribution towards preparing MIS report while taking corrective actions
  • Ensuring a smooth customer experience at all retailer touch points while customer acquisition and management team and customer experience teams at eZCash and DS working with channel partners
  • Maintaining an effective relationship with regional managers, regional sales coordinators and marketing division on execution of campaigns to achieve customer wallet acquisition KPIs

Entry Requirements

  • Possess a B.Sc degree in Business administration or similar field, along with a MBA
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala , English languages, and knowledge on Tamil language would be an added advantage
  • Sound computer literacy with the proficiency in MS Office and database software
