Main responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales operations processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and manage sales targets, quotas, and compensation plans.
- Lead sales forecasting efforts, utilizing data analytics and market insights to provide accurate predictions.
- Oversee territory and account planning, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and customer needs.
- Manage CRM systems and tools, ensuring accurate data entry and utilization to support sales activities.
- Provide actionable insights through sales analytics, performance reporting, and dashboards.
- Lead and mentor the sales Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles, with a track record of driving sales performance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
