The Job
- Ensure that 99.9% availability of services is maintained by coordinating with NOC and system checks and troubleshoot issues within SLA levels
- Develop and recommend preventive actions/measures for VAS related products and platforms by assessing the components
- Ability to analyse, troubleshoot & fix issues related to products functionalities and overall technologies related to VAS platforms
- Propose and establish platform operation procedures according to the industry best practises
- Coordinate with the vendor to implement the scope of work to ensure timely completion of system integrations
- Provide technical support to vendor to implement and deliver of the project by evaluating and validating call flows and suggesting optimizations
- Communicate/ implement security policies in VAS systems and periodically review
- Provide necessary statistics through logs and reports for revenue settlements and BI purposes
- Identify, propose and implement these technological advancements where possible to improve service quality, operational efficiency and effectiveness
Entry Requirements
The Person
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized institute
Or
- NVQ / IVQ Level 5 Engineering qualification with 3+ similar work experience
